The present invention relates to a prefabricated tile deck road structure installed on a yoke structure located on a column structure. The prefabricated tile deck road structure comprises: deck plates having decks provided thereon; clips located on the yoke structure, and including a body portion having a clip fastening hole formed therein, and a pair of coupling guide portions extending from both ends of the body portion, respectively, and for slidingly coupling a lower portion of each of the deck plates so that two deck plates contact at least one of the pair of coupling guide portions; and fastening members passing through the clip fastening holes and for coupling the body portion to an upper portion of the yoke structure. The deck plates can be coupled to the clips coupled to the upper portion of the yoke structure in a sliding manner, so that the decks can be installed on the yoke structure without using joists, and thus the deck plates can be constructed and repaired very easily. A bracket assembly including an anti-vibration pad and a damper pad can be provided between the column structure and the yoke structure to absorb all up-down, front-rear, and left-right impacts applied from the yoke structure, thereby increasing the safety and durability of a deck assembly structure.
본 발명은, 기둥구조물의 상부에 위치하는 멍에구조물에 설치하는 조립식 타일 데크로드 구조체에 있어서, 상부에 데크를 구비하는 데크플레이트; 상기 멍에구조물의 상부에 위치하고, 내부에 클립체결홀을 형성하는 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 양 단부로부터 각각 연장 형성하고, 적어도 어느 하나에 2개의 상기 데크플레이트가 상호 맞닿도록 상기 데크플레이트의 하부를 슬라이딩 결합시키는 한 쌍의 결합가이드부를 포함하는 클립; 및 상기 클립체결홀을 관통하여, 상기 본체부를 상기 멍에구조물 상부에 결합시키는 체결부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 타일 데크로드 구조체를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 데크플레이트를 멍에구조물 상부에 결합한 클립에 슬라이딩 방식으로 결합시킴으로써, 장선을 사용하지 않고 데크를 멍에구조물에 설치할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 데크플레이트의 시공 및 보수가 매우 용이해지는 효과 및 방진패드 및 댐퍼패드를 포함하는 브라켓조립체를 기둥구조물과 멍에구조물 사이에 구비시켜, 멍에구조물로부터 가해지는 상하방향, 전후방향 및 좌우방향의 충격을 모두 흡수하도록 구성함으로써, 데크 조립체 구조물 안전성 및 내구성이 현저하게 증가하는 효과가 있다.
