PRECAST MULTI-LAYER HOLLOW WALL STRUCTURE COMPOSITED COLUMN MEMBER AND OUTER WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREWITH
Disclosed are a precast wall structure combined with a stack-type column and an outer wall construction method using the same, wherein in order to quickly construct an underground structure such as an underground parking lot on a desired ground, an outer wall (A) is constructed in a precast method. In the method, a precast wall structure in which a column structure and a wall structure are combined is used instead of separately constructing a column structure and a wall structure for outer walls, so as to enable quick and economical construction of an underground structure, and an additional precast wall structure is installed at the top to enable stack-type construction.
지하주차장과 같은 지중구조물을 원하는 지반에 신속하게 시공하기 위하여 외부벽체(A)를 프리캐스트 방식으로 시공하되, 외부벽체용 기둥구조물 및 벽체를 별도로 시공하지 않고 기둥구조물과 벽체를 합성시킨 기둥부 합성형 프리캐스트 벽체를 이용하여 신속하고 경제적인 지중구조물 시공이 가능하도록 하면서도, 상단에 추가 프리캐스트 벽체를 설치하여 적층형으로 시공이 가능한 적층형 기둥부 합성형 프리캐스트 벽체 및 이를 이용한 외부벽체 시공방법이 개시된다.
