Coupler for Heavy Equipments
The present invention relates to a coupler for heavy equipment. The coupler for heavy equipment, which is a coupler to be mounted on heavy equipment including an excavator such that various types of attachments can be detachably held, includes: a body including a first groove part; a first locking member combined with one end part of the body, and movable between a locking position for fixing a part of an attachment housed in the first groove part and an unlocking position for separating the part of the attachment housed in the first groove part; a transfer unit reciprocating one end of the first locking member along a predetermined path; and a guide unit provided so as to guide the first locking member along the predetermined path when the first locking member is transferred by the transfer unit. The first locking member is supported by being in contact with the guide unit on at least one spot of the locking position. In accordance with the present invention, there can be an effect of preventing an accident in which the first locking member located on the locking position is moved to the unlocking position, even when strong external force is exerted from the outside during work.
본 발명은 중장비용 커플러에 관한 것으로서, 여러 종류의 어태치먼트를 탈착 가능하게 파지할 수 있도록, 굴삭기를 포함하는 중장비에 장착될 수 있는 커플러로서, 제1 홈부를 구비하는 본체; 상기 본체의 일단부에 결합되어 있으며, 상기 제1 홈부에 수용된 어태치먼트의 일부를 고정시킬 수 있는 잠금 위치와 상기 제1 홈부에 수용된 어태치먼트의 일부를 분리시킬 수 있는 해제 위치 사이에서 위치 이동 가능한 제1 잠금 부재; 상기 제1 잠금 부재의 일단부를 미리 정한 경로를 따라 왕복 이동시킬 수 있는 이송 유닛; 상기 제1 잠금 부재가 상기 이송 유닛에 의하여 이송될 때, 미리 정한 경로를 따라 상기 제1 잠금 부재를 안내하도록 마련되어 있는 가이드 유닛;을 포함하며, 상기 제1 잠금 부재는, 상기 잠금 위치에서 적어도 하나 이상의 지점에서 상기 가이드 유닛과 접촉하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 작업 중에 외부에서 강력한 외력이 가해지더라도 잠금 위치에 있는 상기 제1 잠금 부재가 해제 위치로 이동하는 사고를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a coupler for heavy equipment.
