The present invention relates to a speed-control deep-mixing treatment apparatus for hard ground and a deep-mixing treatment method using the same. The speed-control deep-mixing treatment apparatus for hard ground includes: an auger drive lifted and rotated by a control signal; a rod interoperated with the auger drive to be lifted and rotated; and a drilling mechanism part intruded and drawn on the ground through the rod. The drilling mechanism part includes a rotary rod interoperated with the rod to be rotated, and multiple stages of stirring wings formed in pairs to be opposed to both sides of the rotary rod, wherein the stirring wings are connected with a pneumatic pump and a hardener supply pump to discharge high-pressure air and a hardener supplied from the pneumatic pump and the hardener supply pump. The deep-mixing treatment method includes the following steps of: (a) operating an auger drive; (b) intruding the rod and the auger stirring wings into the ground; (c) supplying high-pressure air and the hardener while performing the intrusion at the same time; (d) drawing the rod and the auger stirring wings; and (e) stopping the supply of the high-pressure air and the hardener upon the drawing work, and then, performing only the stirring work.
본 발명은 경질지반용 속도제어 심층혼합처리 장치 및 이 장치를 이용한 심층혼합처리 공법에 관한 것으로서, 경질지반용 속도제어 심층혼합처리 장치는 제어 신호에 의해 승강 및 회전이 이루어지는 오거 드라이브; 상기 오거 드라이브와 연동하여 승강 및 회전이 이루어지는 로드; 상기 로드에 의해 지반 상에 관입 및 인발되는 천공장치부를 포함하고, 상기 천공장치부는, 상기 로드와 연동하여 회전되는 회전 봉과, 상기 회전 봉의 양 측에 대향되게 한 쌍으로 형성되는 복수 단의 교반 날개를 포함하되, 상기 교반 날개에는 공압 펌프 및 경화제 공급 펌프로부터 공급되는 고압의 공기와 경화제를 토출하기 위하여 공압 펌프 및 경화제 공급 펌프와 연결된 구성으로 이루어지고, 심층혼합처리 공법은, (a) 오거 드라이버를 작동하는 단계; (b) 로드 및 오거 교반날개를 지중에 관입하는 단계; (c) 관입과 더불어 고압 공기 및 경화제를 동시에 공급하는 단계; (d) 로드 및 오거 교반날개를 인발하는 단계; 및 (e) 인발 시 고압공기 및 경화제의 공급을 중단하고 교반만 실시하는 단계를 포함한다.
