Thick synthetic graphite body and Method for making the same
Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a thick-film synthetic graphite monolith having a thick thickness and excellent thermal conductivity in a thickness direction. According to the method, a polyimide solution for manufacturing a synthetic graphite is cast and dried to form a green foil, and a single green foil body is formed by laminating a number of green foils and then curing the same while applying heat and pressure. Sequentially, a carbonized body is formed by a first heat treatment, and a graphite body is formed by a second heat treatment. And then, the thickness is made uniform, and a surface is smoothed by rolling.
두께가 두꺼우면서 두께 방향으로 열 전도율이 우수한 후막 인조그라파이트 단일체의 제조방법이 개시된다. 상기 방법에 의하면, 인조 그라파이트 제조용 폴리이미드 용액을 캐스팅하고 건조하여 그린포일을 형성하고, 이를 다수 매 적층한 다음 열과 압력을 가하면서 경화하여 단일의 그린포일 몸체를 형성하고, 순차로 제1열처리에 의해 탄화체를 형성하고 제2열처리에 의해 흑연체를 형성한 다음 압연하여 두께를 일정하게 하고 표면을 매끄럽게 한다.
