Intergrated Deck Plate with Truss Girder
The present invention relates to a truss girder-modularized wall body deck plate, wherein a truss girder-modularized deck plate can be fabricated and conveniently constructed to satisfy various heights required corresponding to the specifications of a wall body on construction sites. To this end, the wall body deck plate comprises: a GMP plate material which is integrally formed by arranging unit deck plates adjacent to each other corresponding to the design specification to mutually fasten the unit deck plates; and a truss girder which is installed in multi stages in the longitudinal direction of the GMT plate material. The truss girder is composed of an upper chord fixedly installed at the upper horizontal part, a pair of lower chords fixedly installed at both sides of a lower front-end part, and a lattice iron wire provided to fasten the upper chord and the lower chords. A reinforcement means is interposed between the upper chord and the lower chords to prevent the lateral pressure generated at the wall body. The reinforcement means comprises: a support block mounted over the lower chords; a reinforcement plate mounted at the upper side of the support block to maintain the upper chord; and a latching hook provided to latch the upper chord to fix the upper chord.
본 발명은 건설현장에서의 벽체 사양에 따라 다양하게 요구되는 높이를 충족시키기 위해 트러스거더가 모듈화된 데크판을 제작하여 간편하게 시공할 수 있는 트러스거더 모듈형 벽체 데크플레이트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 단위 데크판들을 설계사양에 따라 인접 배치하여 상호 결속하는 것에 의해 일체형으로 형성되는 GMT 판재 및 이 GMT 판재의 길이방향으로 다단 설치되는 트러스거더에 의해 벽체 데크플레이트를 구성하며, 상기 트러스거더는 상측 수평부에 고정 설치되는 상현재 및 하측 선단부 양측에 고정 설치되는 한쌍의 하현재를 포함하여 이들을 결속시키기 위한 래티스 철선으로 이루어짐과 동시에 상기 상현재 및 하현재 사이에 벽체에서 발생하는 측압을 저지하기 위한 보강수단이 개재되어 있고, 이 보강수단은 하현재 상에 장착되는 받침블럭과, 이 받침블럭의 상측으로 장착되어 상현재를 유지하기 위한 보강판과, 상현재를 걸어 고정시키기 위한 걸림고리로 구성된다.
