The present invention proposes a portable construction notification device, a rubber cone equipped with the portable construction notification device, and an alarm system, wherein the portable construction notification device automatically updates and displays a starting, progressing, and ending time point, and a location of a construction on a pre-installed road sign without additional manual works except installation thereof at a construction site and turning-on of a power switch. The portable construction notification device is installed at a place that separates the construction site, and comprises a worker interface that is directly handled by a worker and a construction notification processing unit which automatically generates situation information of the construction site and provides the same to the outside.
본 발명은 공사 현장에 설치한 후 전원 스위치를 턴 온 하는 것 이외의 별도의 수동작업 없이, 기존에 설치되어 있는 도로 전광판에 공사의 위치, 공사의 시작, 진행 및 종료 시점을 자동으로 업 데이트하여 디스플레이할 수 있도록 하는 휴대용 공사중 알림장치, 상기 휴대용 공사중 알림장치를 설치한 러버콘 및 알림시스템을 제안한다. 상기 휴대용 공사중 알림장치는, 공사 현장을 구분하는 곳에 설치되며, 작업자가 직접 핸들링하게 되는 작업자 인터페이스 및 자동으로 공사 현장의 상황 정보를 생성하여 외부로 제공하는 공사 알림 처리부를 포함한다.
