FIREPROOF FOAM UNIT AND FIREPROOF FOAM DEVICE HAVING THE SAME
A fireproof foam unit according to the present invention for shielding a through-hole formed in a floor or a wall of a building such that a passage member having a passage formed therein can pass, comprises: a fireproof foam material made of a material expandable by heat; a first fireproof mesh made of a fireproof material, provided with a plurality of through holes, coupled to one surface of the fireproof foam material so as to be at least partially buried in the fireproof foam material, and connected to a floor or a wall of a building by a fixation member such that the fireproof material is supported so as not to be separated from the floor or the wall of the building while the fireproof foam material is expanded; and a second fireproof mesh made of a fireproof material, provided with a plurality of through holes, coupled to the other surface of the fireproof foam material so as to be at least partially buried in the fireproof foam material, and connected to the floor or the wall of a building by a fixation member such that the fireproof material is supported so as not to be separated from the floor or the wall of the building while the fireproof foam material is expanded. The present invention has excellent interoperability and convenience of use.
본 발명에 따른 내화발포재 유닛은, 내측에 통로가 형성된 통로 부재가 통과할 수 있도록 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽에 형성되는 관통구를 차폐하기 위한 내화발포재 유닛에 있어서, 열에 의해 팽창할 수 있는 소재로 이루어지는 내화발포재; 내화 소재로 이루어지고, 복수의 통공을 구비하며, 적어도 일부가 상기 내화발포재 속에 묻히도록 상기 내화발포재의 일면에 결합되고, 고정부재에 의해 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽에 연결되어 상기 내화발포재가 팽창하는 동안 상기 내화발포재가 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽으로부터 분리되지 않도록 지지하는 제 1 내화 망체; 및 내화 소재로 이루어지고, 복수의 통공을 구비하며, 적어도 일부가 상기 내화발포재 속에 묻히도록 상기 내화발포재의 타면에 결합되고, 고정부재에 의해 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽에 연결되어 상기 내화발포재가 팽창하는 동안 상기 내화발포재가 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽으로부터 분리되지 않도록 지지하는 제 2 내화 망체;를 포함한다.
