Hydraulic Oil Level Detection Device for construction heavy equipment
The present invention relates to a hydraulic oil level detection device for heavy construction equipment, wherein a hydraulic oil level in a hydraulic tank can be detected easily even during the process of driving heavy construction equipment such as an excavator on a slope etc., and the level of remaining hydraulic oil can be checked in real time even when a driver drives. The hydraulic oil level detection device for heavy construction equipment according to the present invention comprises: a hydraulic tank mounted on heavy construction equipment and having an oil gauge installed on an exterior wall surface; and an oil level detection rod installed vertically in the hydraulic tank. The upper end of the oil level detection rod is installed and fixed to a cover for opening and closing an oil inlet. The lower end of the oil level detection rod has an oil level sensor installed thereon to detect whether the amount of remaining hydraulic oil in the hydraulic tank is appropriate. The operation of an alarming means is started by a detection signal applied by the oil level sensor.
본 발명은 굴삭기 등과 같은 건설중장비를 비탈길 등에서 운전하는 과정에서도 유압탱크내의 유압오일 레벨을 쉽게 감지할 수 있고, 운전자가 운전중에도 잔류 유압오일 레벨의 실시간 확인이 가능하도록 한 건설중장비용 유압오일 레벨 감지장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 건설 중장비에 장착되고 외부 벽면에 오일게이지가 설치되어 있는 유압탱크와, 상기 유압탱크내에 수직으로 설치되는 오일레벨 감지봉과, 상기 오일레벨 감지봉의 상단은 오일주입구를 개폐시키는 커버에 고정 설치되고, 오일레벨 감지봉의 하단은 오일레벨센서가 설치되어 유압탱크내의 잔류 유압오일량이 적정 수준인지 여부를 감지하며, 상기 오일레벨센서에 의해 인가되는 감지신호에 의해 경고수단의 동작이 이루어지도록 한 건설 중장비용 유압오일 레벨 감지장치를 특징으로 한다.
