Assembly structre of door gasket for airflow cut-off
The present invention relates to a door gasket coupling structure for blocking airflow, which comprises: a gasket holder of a channel shape having one surface attached by an adhesive means using an adhesive tape or an adhesive between surfaces facing each other at a gasket coupling groove while being fitted and inserted into the gasket coupling groove formed on one side surface of a door frame or door in surface contact with each other when the door is closed, fixed by double-coupling due to screw-fastening at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction along an adhesive surface, and forming a hook fixing hole while forming an insertion hole by penetrating a plate surface in a certain width forward; and a door gasket of an elastic material including a hook part inserted through the insertion hole of the gasket holder to be coupled to prevent separation on one side, a buffering part formed integrally with an outwardly extending end of the gasket holder of the hook part and having the width approximate to a front width of the gasket holder by filling the inside with air, and a door contact part extending forward from the buffering part to allow a magnet embedded in a front side. Therefore, an indoor insulation and soundproof effect can be maximized.
본 발명은 공기유동 차단용 도어 가스켓 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 도어를 닫게 되면 상호 면접촉하는 도어프레임 또는 도어의 일측면에 형성되는 가스켓 결합홈에 맞춤 삽입되면서 가스켓 결합홈에서 마주보는 면간 접착테이프 또는 접착제를 이용한 접합수단에 의해 일면이 접착되도록 하고, 접착면을 따라 길이 방향으로 일정 간격마다 스크류 체결에 의해 이중 결합으로 고정되도록 하며, 전방으로는 일정 폭으로 판면을 관통시켜 삽입홀을 형성하면서 내부로 후크 고정홀을 형성하는 채널형상의 가스켓 홀더; 일측으로는 상기 가스켓 홀더의 삽입홀을 통해 삽입되어 이탈 방지되게 결합되도록 형성되는 후크부와, 상기 후크부의 가스켓 홀더의 외측으로 연장되는 단부에 일체로 형성하면서 내부에는 에어가 충전되도록 하여 상기 가스켓 홀더의 정면 폭에 근사한 폭으로 형성되는 완충부 및 상기 완충부로부터 전방으로 연장되어 내부에는 전방측으로 자석이 매설되도록 하는 도어 밀착부로서 형성되는 탄성 재질의 도어 가스켓으로 이루어지는 구성이다.
