Energy-saving stud type lamp crosswalk lightening system on pedestrian safety with minimal light loss
The present invention is provided with LED elements arranged in three rows in the longitudinal direction by maintaining a certain distance between a printed circuit board (418) mounted on the mounting area of a housing (402) and a light source expression part and is installed with reflective members (411, 412, 413, 414) having reflection angles on the left and right of each arrayed LED element. The present invention is an LED module having reflective member coupling protrusions (407, 408) with installation grooves to install a diffusion part (409) for diffusing emitted light of the LED elements and the reflective members (411, 412, 413, 414) for guiding the emitted light to be emitted only in a specific direction in the housing and install the reflective member having each inclination angle on six sides. The present invention is an LED pedestrian crosswalk lighting device with a reflective structure with improved brightness and illumination, capable of minimizing the loss of light, minimizing the glare of pedestrians, and improving the average illuminance and average luminance of the emitted light by providing the reflective structure.
본 발명은 하우징(402)의 탑재영역에 장착되는 인쇄회로기판(418)과 광원 표출 부 사이에 일정 간격을 유지하여 길이 방향으로 3열로 배열된 엘이디 소자들이 구비되고 각 배열된 엘이디 소자를 좌우로 반사각도를 갖는 반사부재(411, 412. 413, 414)가 설치 되어있다. 상기 엘이디 소자 들의 방출광을 확산시키는 확산부와(409) 방출되는 빛이 특정방향으로만 조사되도록 안내하는 반사부재(411, 412. 413, 414)를 하우징(402)내부에 각각의 경사각도를 구성하는 반사부재를 여섯 면에 설치할 수 있도록 설치 홈이 형성된 반사부재 결합 돌기(407, 408)를 구비한 엘이디 모듈이다. 또한 이 반사 구조를 구비하여 빛의 손실을 최소화하고 보행자의 눈부심을 최소화하며 표출광의 평균조도 와 평균 휘 도를 향상시킬 수 있는 휘 도와 조도가 개선된 구조의 반사구조를 갖는 엘이디 보행자 횡단보도 조명장치이다.
