BRICK WITH EXCELLENT MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTIES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to bricks with excellent mechanical properties and antibacterial properties and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention comprises: a pottery stone grinding step of grinding a pottery stone having a silicon content of 75-80 wt%; an inorganic binder mixing step of mixing an inorganic binder and water with the pottery stone ground through the pottery stone grinding step; a molding step of molding a mixture produced through the inorganic binder mixing step; a drying step of drying the molded article formed through the molding step; and a sintering step of sintering the molded article dried through the drying step. Bricks produced through the above process have excellent mechanical properties, thereby being used for floor, have excellent antibacterial and deodorizing properties, and have improved appearance quality, thereby exhibiting excellent marketability.
본 발명은 기계적 물성과 항균성이 우수한 벽돌 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 규소의 함량이 75 내지 80중량%인 도석을 분쇄하는 도석분쇄단계, 상기 도석분쇄단계를 통해 분쇄된 도석에 무기바인더 및 물을 혼합하는 무기바인더혼합단계, 상기 무기바인더혼합단계를 통해 제조된 혼합물을 성형하는 성형단계, 상기 성형단계를 통해 성형된 성형물을 건조시키는 건조단계 및 상기 건조단계를 통해 건조된 성형물을 소성하는 소성단계로 이루어진다. 상기의 과정을 통해 제조되는 벽돌은 기계적 물성이 우수하여 바닥용으로 적용할 수 있고, 항균성 및 탈취성능이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 외관품질이 개선되어 우수한 상품성을 나타낸다.
