Non-combustible sofa and manufacturing method thereo
The present invention relates to a non-combustible sofa which comprises: a sofa main body having a seat unit, where a seat (a mattress) is stacked and held in an upper portion, while having height from a floor, and having a backrest unit provided on a rear portion of the seat unit; and an armrest cushion fastened to both side ends of the sofa main body to allow an arm of a user to be held thereby. Provided are the non-combustible sofa, where an inner structure configuring the sofa main body and the armrest cushion, and an exterior material surrounding the outside of the inner structure are divided by a non-combustible material made of a non-combustible substance disposed between the inner structure and the exterior material, and a manufacturing method thereof.
본 발명은, 불연성능을 통해 화재시 화염의 번짐을 극소화하여 안전성을 극대화하도록; 바닥에 대하여 높이를 가지면서 상부에 시트(매트리스)가 적층 거치되는 좌석부와, 상기 좌석부의 후부에 구비되는 등받이부를 가지는 소파본체와; 상기 소파본체의 양측단에 결속되어 사용자의 팔을 걸도록 되는 팔걸이쿠션;을 포함하여 이루어지는 불연소파에 있어서; 상기 소파본체 및 상기 팔걸이쿠션을 구성하는 내부구조물과 상기 내부구조물의 외부를 감싸면서 구비되는 외장재는, 상기 내부구조물과 외장재의 사이에 배치되는 '불연성 재질'로 이루어진 불연재를 통해 구획되는 불연소파 및 그의 제조방법을 제공한다.
