Fiber Manufacturing Apparatus For Ribs Of Fiber Reinforced Plastic Rebar And Fiber Reinforced Plastic Rebar Using The Product Therewith
Disclosed are an apparatus for manufacturing a fiber for the ribs of fiber-reinforced plastic rebars capable of manufacturing a twisted fiber for the ribs by twisting a yarn, and fiber-reinforced plastic rebars in which the ribs thereof are formed using the fiber for the ribs manufactured thereby. The fiber for the ribs or the fiber-reinforced plastic rebars according to the present invention are not easily broken due to strength that has been given thereto, and has excellent bonding strength with reinforcing rods and concrete due to the surface area thereof that has been widened by twisting.
본 발명은 원사를 가연하여 꼬인 리브용 섬유를 제조할 수 있는 섬유강화 보강근 리브용 섬유 제조장치를 개시하며, 이를 통해 제조된 리브용 섬유로 섬유강화 보강근의 리브를 형성하는 섬유강화 보강근도 개시하고 있으며, 이에 따른 리브용 섬유 또는 섬유강화 보강근은 강력이 부여되어 쉽게 끊어지지 않고, 꼬임으로 표면적이 넓어져 보강근 로드 및 콘크리트와의 접합력이 우수하다.
