The present invention relates to a door closer improved to prevent a collision sound from being generated by gradually closing a door when it is closed. According to the present invention, the door closer for a hinged door comprises: a main body fixing bracket (10) fixed to a product main body (1) and having a horizontal piece (10a); a braking cylinder (11) having a braking rod (14) fixed to a lower portion of the horizontal piece (10a) and reciprocating in a horizontal direction on one side; a door fixing bracket (30) fixed to an upper portion of a door (2) so as to correspond to the horizontal piece (10a) of the main body fixing bracket (10); a floating shaft (20) having an upper end inserted into a shaft fixing hole (19) of the main body fixing bracket (10) and fixed, and having a middle part and lower part passing through the door fixing bracket (30) and the upper portion of the door (2) to be concealed inside the door (2); an eccentric rotating half drum (33) including a pivoting piece (32) having a through-center hole (31) through which the lower end is in close contact with an upper surface of the door fixing bracket (30) and through which the floating shaft (20) passes, and fixed to an outer circumferential surface of the pivoting piece (32), wherein a lower end is fixed to the door fixing bracket (30), and is in contact with the front end of the braking rod (14); and a torsion spring (34) installed so that the floating shaft (20) penetrates inside the door (2) and the upper end (34a) is fixed to the door fixing bracket (30), and the lower end (34b) is caught in a spring locking groove (21) in the lower part of the floating shaft (20).
본 발명은 도어가 닫힐때 서서히 닫히도록 하여 충돌음이 발생되지 않도록 개선된 도어클러저에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 제품본체(1)에 고정되고 수평편(10a)이 있는 본체고정브라켓트(10)와, 상기 수평편(10a) 하부에 고정되고 일측에서 수평방향으로 왕복운동되는 제동로드(14)가 있는 제동실린더(11)와, 상기 본체고정브라켓트(10)의 수평편(10a)과 대응되도록 도어(2) 상부편에 고정되는 도어고정브라켓트(30)와, 상기 본체고정브라켓트(10)의 축고정공(19)에 상단부가 끼워져서 고정되고 중간부와 하단부는 도어고정브라켓트(30)와 도어(2) 상부편을 관통하여 도어(2) 내부에 은폐되게 내장되는 부동샤프트(20)와, 상기 도어고정브라켓트(30) 상부면에 하단부가 밀착되고 부동샤프트(20)가 관통하는 관통중심공(31)이 있는 회동편(32)이 있고, 상기 회동편(32) 외주면에 고정되고 하단부가 도어고정브라켓트(30)와 고정되며 제동로드(14) 선단부가 접촉되는 편심회전반드럼(33)과, 상기 도어(2) 내부에서 부동샤프트(20)가 관통되게 설치되어 상단부(34a)가 도어고정브라켓트(30)에 고정되고 하단부(34a)는 부동샤프트(20) 하부에 있는 스프링걸림홈(21)에 걸림되는 비틀림스프링(34)을 포함하여 구성되게 이루어진 것이다.
