TRUSS CONNECTION MEMBER FOR EXTERIOR BUILDING MATERIALS
The present invention relates to a truss connection member for an exterior construction material. The truss connection member for an exterior construction material is capable of saving labor costs, improving workability and preventing the occurrence of a fire by connecting an exterior construction material finishing a wall of a building without welding. In accordance with the present invention, the connection member is provided to connect a truss for an exterior construction material including a plurality of transoms installed on a wall of a building at regular intervals and a mullion connecting the transoms horizontally, wherein the truss connection member includes a vertical combination piece having first through holes formed in upper and lower parts so as to be bolted with one side of the mullion, and a horizontal combination piece having a second through the hole to be horizontally connected with the upper and lower parts of the vertical combination piece so as to be bolted in a state in which upper and lower sides of an end of the transoms are elastically inserted and combined. Therefore, since the mullion, which is a vertical member, and the transoms, which are horizontal members, are conveniently connected through the truss connection member, there can be beneficial effects of preventing a fire from occurring due to an existing welding method, improving workability through convenient work, and saving labor costs.
본 발명은 건물의 벽체를 마감하는 외장재를 용접을 하지 않고 연결하여 인건비를 절감하고 작업성을 향상시키며 화재 발생을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 외장재용 트러스 연결부재에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 건물의 벽체에 소정 간격을 이루어 설치되는 복수의 트랜섬과 상기 트랜섬을 수평으로 연결하는 멀리언을 포함하는 외장재용 트러스를 연결하는 연결부재에 있어서, 상기 트러스 연결부재는, 상기 멀리언의 일 측면에 볼트로 결합되도록 제1 관통공이 상하부에 형성된 수직결합편, 상기 수직결합편의 상하부에 수평으로 연결되어 상기 트랜섬의 단부 상하면이 탄성적으로 끼움결합된 상태에서 볼트로 결합되도록 제2 관통공이 형성된 수평결합편을 포함하는 것을 기술사상으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 트러스 연결부재를 통해 수직재인 멀리언과 수평재인 트랜섬을 간편하게 연결하므로, 종래와 같이 용접에 의한 화재 발생을 미연에 방지하고 간편한 작업에 의해 작업성을 향상시키며 인건비를 절감할 수 있는 매우 유용한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a truss connection member for an exterior construction material. 본 발명은 건물의 벽체를 마감하는 외장재를 용접을 하지 않고 연결하여 인건비를 절감하고 작업성을 향상시키며 화재 발생을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 외장재용 트러스 연결부재에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 건물의 벽체에 소정 간격을 이루어 설치되는 복수의 트랜섬과 상기 트랜섬을 수평으로 연결하는 멀리언을 포함하는 외장재용 트러스를 연결하는 연결부재에 있어서, 상기 트러스 연결부재는, 상기 멀리언의 일 측면에 볼트로 결합되도록 제1 관통공이 상하부에 형성된 수직결합편, 상기 수직결합편의 상하부에 수평으로 연결되어 상기 트랜섬의 단부 상하면이 탄성적으로 끼움결합된 상태에서 볼트로 결합되도록 제2 관통공이 형성된 수평결합편을 포함하는 것을 기술사상으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 트러스 연결부재를 통해 수직재인 멀리언과 수평재인 트랜섬을 간편하게 연결하므로, 종래와 같이 용접에 의한 화재 발생을 미연에 방지하고 간편한 작업에 의해 작업성을 향상시키며 인건비를 절감할 수 있는 매우 유용한 효과가 있다.
