SEISMIC REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE OF PANEL FOR ASSEMBLY TYPE WATER TANK
The present invention relates to a seismic reinforcement structure of a panel for an assembly type water tank, in which a bar-shaped reinforcement member is installed on an outer surface or an inner surface of each panel constituting the inner wall of an assembly type water tank to reduce stress distribution caused by stored water stored inside the water tank when an earthquake occurs, thereby preventing damage to the water tank caused by an earthquake. In addition, the panel does not need to be thick and the present invention can be applied to a pre-installed assembly type panel, thereby ensuring economic efficiency. According to the seismic reinforcement structure of a panel for an assembly type water tank of an embodiment of the present invention, in a plurality of stainless steel panels which are arranged, stacked and constructed in a horizontal direction and in a vertical direction to constitute the inner wall of an assembly type water tank and have a protrusion part protruding outward from a central part, a reinforcement member is installed on an outer surface of the panel and the reinforcement member is welded and fixed to both sides of the protrusion part in a vertical direction or is welded and fixed to upper and lower sides of the protrusion part in a horizontal direction. According to the seismic reinforcement structure of a panel for an assembly type water tank of another embodiment of the present invention, in a plurality of stainless steel panels which are arranged, stacked and constructed in a horizontal direction and in a vertical direction to constitute the inner wall of an assembly type water tank and having a protrusion part protruding outward from a central part, a reinforcement member is installed on an inner surface of the panel and the reinforcement member is welded and fixed to both sides of the protrusion part in a vertical direction or is welded and fixed to upper and lower sides of the protrusion part in a horizontal direction.
개시된 내용은 조립식 수조의 내벽을 구성하는 각각의 패널 외부면 또는 내부면에 바 형태의 보강부재를 설치함으로써 지진 발생시 수조 내부에 저장된 저장수에 의한 응력 분포를 저감시킬 수 있어 지진으로 인해 조립식 수조가 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 패널의 두께를 두껍게 제조할 필요가 없을 뿐만 아니라 이미 설치된 조립식 패널에도 적용할 수 있어 경제적인 조립식 수조용 패널 내진보강구조에 관한 것이다. 개시된 내용의 일 실시 예에 따른 조립식 수조용 패널 내진보강구조는 다수 개가 수평 및 수직 방향으로 배열 및 적층 시공되어 조립식 수조의 내벽을 구성하고 중앙부에 돌출부가 외측으로 돌출형성되는 스테인리스 스틸 재질의 패널에 있어서, 상기 패널의 외부면에 보강부재가 설치되되, 상기 보강부재는 상기 돌출부의 양측에 각각 수직방향으로 용접고정되거나 또는 상기 돌출부의 상하측에 각각 수평방향으로 용접고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 개시된 내용의 다른 실시 예에 따른 조립식 수조용 패널 내진보강구조는 다수 개가 수평 및 수직 방향으로 배열 및 적층 시공되어 조립식 수조의 내벽을 구성하고 중앙부에 돌출부가 외측으로 돌출형성되는 스테인리스 스틸 재질의 패널에 있어서, 상기 패널의 내부면에 보강부재가 설치되되, 상기 보강부재는 상기 돌출부의 양측에 각각 수직방향으로 용접고정되거나 또는 상기 돌출부의 상하측에 각각 수평방향으로 용접고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
