Method of Manufacturing for Room-temperautre curable Ottchil-coated insect screen
The present invention relates to a room temperature-curable lacquered mosquito net, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing the same, which paints a surface of a mosquito net at room temperature, and uses improved lacquer that can be cured at room temperature to have various colors of a painted surface, has a beautiful surface, generates beneficial ingredients for a human body, does not contain harmful ingredients to a human body, such as an endocrine disruptor, and has insect-repellent, antibacterial, and bactericidal functions due to a lacquer film. The method of the present invention comprises: a net washing step (S100) of removing oil stains, foreign substances, and dust attached to a surface of a net with an ethanol aqueous solution; a washed net drying step (S200) of drying a washed net in air; a net painting step (S300) of painting a room temperature-curable lacquer paint on the net through brushing, dipping and spraying; a painted film drying step (S400) of drying the painted net; and a net assembling step (S500) of assembling the dried net to a window. According to the present invention, a functional mosquito net which is painted with an eco-friendly material to have excellent durability, can block an access of pests or insects, and can realize a beautiful Korean traditional color, is provided.
본 발명은 상온경화형옻칠한 방충망에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 방충망을 이루는 망의 표면에 상온에서 도장하고 상온에서 경화가 가능한 개량옻칠을 사용함으로서 도장면이 다양한 색을 가지고, 표면이 미려하고, 인체에 유익한 성분의 생성, 환경호르몬 등 인체에 해로운 성분이 없으며, 옻칠막으로 인해서 방충성, 항균성, 살균성 기능을 가지는 방충망 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명인 상온경화형옻칠한 방충망 제조방법은, 망의 표면에 붙어있는 기름때, 이물질, 먼지를 에탄올수용액으로 제거하기 위한 망세척단계 (S100); 세척망을 공기중에서 건조하는 세척망건조단계 (S200); 상온경화형옻칠 도료를 ?칠, 디핑 및 스프레이를 통해 상기 망위에 도장하는 망도장단계 (S300); 상기 도장한 망을 건조시키는 도장막건조단계 (S400); 상기 건조된 망을 창호에 조립하는 망조립단계(S500); 을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명을 통하면 친환경재질이 도장되어 내구성이 뛰어나고, 해충이나 곤충의 접근을 차단할 수 있으며, 미려한 한국전통의 색 구현이 가능한 기능성 방충망을 제공하게 된다.
