The present invention relates to an eco-friendly PHC pile surface fixative composition based on the utilization of steel byproducts and, more specifically, to an eco-friendly PHC pile surface fixative composition based on the utilization of steel byproducts that makes the existing cement-based admixture-based surface fixative of the embedded pile method eco-friendly, have good workability, reduce volume change, and have high durability against external environmental factors such as salt damage, sulfate resistance, etc. A preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a composition in which water and cement are mixed, wherein based on 100 parts by weight of cement, 40 parts by weight is replaced with a fine powder of ferronickel slag, and 0.2 to 0.3 parts by weight of admixture are additionally mixed with respect to the total weight.
본 발명은 제철부산물 활용 기반 친환경 PHC파일 주면 고정액 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 매입말뚝공법의 기존 시멘트계 혼화재 기반의 주면고정액을 친환경적이며, 시공성이 좋고 체적변화를 줄일수 있으며 염해, 황산염 저항성등의 외부 환경인자에 대해 높은 내구성을 갖도록 하는 제철부산물 활용 기반 친환경 PHC파일 주면 고정액 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 물과 시멘트를 혼합한 조성물에 있어서, 시멘트 100중량부를 기준으로 40중량부를 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말로 대체하며, 총중량대비 혼화제 0.2~0.3중량부를 추가 혼합하여 이루어진다.
