Disclosed is a handrail with improved assembly. The disclosed handrail comprises: a retainer which is fixed and installed apart from a wall surface at a certain distance, has a tunnel unit on an upper part, and has an insertion rail on a lower part; an end cap which has an upper coupling element, coupled with the tunnel unit, on an upper lateral part, and has a lower coupling element, coupled with the retainer by insertion of a lateral surface of the retainer, on a lower lateral part; an upper cover installed to wrap the tunnel unit; a lateral cover installed to cover a lateral surface of the retainer with a gap therebetween; and a cushion tube which is fitted and coupled to a slot formed on an outer surface of the retainer and is configured to be contact with the lateral cover. By coupling the retainer with the end cap in a state where an interval between the retainer and the end cap is adjusted, the handrail is installed to be fit to a cover length and prevents separation of the lateral cover for rigid coupling.
조립성이 향상된 핸드레일이 개시된다. 개시된 핸드레일은 마운팅브라켓에 의해 벽면에 소정간격 이격되게 고정설치되며 상부에 터널부가 형성되고, 하단부에 삽입레일이 형성된 리테이너; 측면 상부에는 상기 터널부에 억지끼움방식으로 삽입결합되는 상부결합수단이 구성되고, 측면 하부에는 상기 리테이너의 측면이 삽입되어, 삽입된 정도에 따라 상기 리테이너와의 간격을 조절하여 결합이 이루어지도록 하는 하부결합수단이 구성된 앤드캡; 상기 터널부를 감싸도록 설치되는 상부커버; 상기 리네이너의 측면을 소정간격 이격되게 덮도록 설치되는 측면커버; 상기 리테이너의 외면에 형성된 슬롯에 끼움결합되고, 상기 측면커버와 접하도록 구성되는 쿠션튜브;를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 하부결합수단은, 상기 앤드캡 하부측면의 전측과 후측에 소정간격 이격되게 설치되는 전방결합블록과 후방결합블록; 상기 전방결합블록과 상기 후방결합블록 사이에 형성되며 상기 리테이너의 측단부가 삽입되어 상기 리테이너와 상기 앤드캡과의 간격조절이 이루어지게 하는 삽입채널; 상기 전방결합블록과 상기 후방결합블록 각각에 형성되어 볼트의 삽입이 이루어지도록 하는 장홈형태로 이루어진 전방결합홈과 후방결합홈;을 포함하며, 상기 리테이너를 상기 삽입채널에 삽입하되, 삽입되는 정도를 조절하여 상기 리테이너와 상기 앤드캡과의 간격을 조절한 상태에서, 상기 전방결합홈, 상기 리테이너에 형성된 제1볼트홀 및, 상기 후방결합홈에 볼트를 통과시키고 너트를 체결하여 조여줌으로써 상기 리테이너와 상기 앤드캡의 결합이 이루어지도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Disclosed is a handrail with improved assembly. 조립성이 향상된 핸드레일이 개시된다. 개시된 핸드레일은 마운팅브라켓에 의해 벽면에 소정간격 이격되게 고정설치되며 상부에 터널부가 형성되고, 하단부에 삽입레일이 형성된 리테이너; 측면 상부에는 상기 터널부에 억지끼움방식으로 삽입결합되는 상부결합수단이 구성되고, 측면 하부에는 상기 리테이너의 측면이 삽입되어, 삽입된 정도에 따라 상기 리테이너와의 간격을 조절하여 결합이 이루어지도록 하는 하부결합수단이 구성된 앤드캡; 상기 터널부를 감싸도록 설치되는 상부커버; 상기 리네이너의 측면을 소정간격 이격되게 덮도록 설치되는 측면커버; 상기 리테이너의 외면에 형성된 슬롯에 끼움결합되고, 상기 측면커버와 접하도록 구성되는 쿠션튜브;를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 하부결합수단은, 상기 앤드캡 하부측면의 전측과 후측에 소정간격 이격되게 설치되는 전방결합블록과 후방결합블록; 상기 전방결합블록과 상기 후방결합블록 사이에 형성되며 상기 리테이너의 측단부가 삽입되어 상기 리테이너와 상기 앤드캡과의 간격조절이 이루어지게 하는 삽입채널; 상기 전방결합블록과 상기 후방결합블록 각각에 형성되어 볼트의 삽입이 이루어지도록 하는 장홈형태로 이루어진 전방결합홈과 후방결합홈;을 포함하며, 상기 리테이너를 상기 삽입채널에 삽입하되, 삽입되는 정도를 조절하여 상기 리테이너와 상기 앤드캡과의 간격을 조절한 상태에서, 상기 전방결합홈, 상기 리테이너에 형성된 제1볼트홀 및, 상기 후방결합홈에 볼트를 통과시키고 너트를 체결하여 조여줌으로써 상기 리테이너와 상기 앤드캡의 결합이 이루어지도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
