The present invention relates to a fire door. More specifically, a placement groove is formed in parallel with an insertion groove for combining a packing with a door frame of a light material and an extended plate having a plurality of coupling holes is integrated with the other side part to lighten the whole door, and an insulation frame is placed in a placement groove of the door frame, a combination groove is formed in one side part of the insulation frame, and a tight contact plate having a plurality of through holes is integrated with the other side part, and then, an insertion piece of an inner panel is inserted into the combination groove of the insulation frame, and a plurality of screw holes are formed in the other side part of the inner panel, and then, a plurality of coupling units are coupled with the screw holes formed on the inner panel through the coupling holes formed on the extended plate of the door frame and the through holes formed on the tight contact plate of the insulation frame, and an insulation plate with a color panel attached thereon, having an insulation function, is combined with the other side part of the door frame, and, accordingly, the fire door having an insulation and dew-condensation prevention structure is provided.
본 발명은 방화문에 관한 것으로 특히, 경량 재질의 도어프레임에 패킹을 결합할 수 있는 삽입홈과 나란히 안착홈을 형성하고 타측부에는 다수개의 체결공이 형성된 연장판을 일체로 형성시켜 도어 전체의 무게를 경량화하고 도어프레임의 안착홈으로 단열프레임을 안착시키고 단열프레임의 일측부에는 결합홈을 형성시키며 타측부에는 다수개의 통공이 형성된 밀착판을 일체로 형성시킨 다음 단열프레임의 결합홈으로 내측패널의 삽입편을 삽입하고 내측패널의 타측부에는 다수개의 나사공을 형성시킨 다음 도어프레임의 연장판에 형성된 체결공과 단열프레임의 밀착판에 형성된 통공을 통과하여 내측패널에 형성된 나사공으로 다수개의 체결구를 체결시키고 도어프레임의 타측부로 단열 기능을 하는 칼라패널이 부착된 단열판을 결합시켜서 된 단열 및 결로방지 구조를 갖는 방화문을 제공한다.
