According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a lighting insert type hand rail comprises: a vertical bar unit spaced apart from the ground at regular intervals, arranged vertically and having a ventilation space penetrated through the center thereof; a cross bar unit installed horizontally in two mutually adjacent vertical bar units so that ends thereof are supported by the vertical bar unit and having a fitting space formed through the same in the longitudinal direction so that one side communicates with the outside; and a joint unit which combines the cross bar unit with the vertical bar unit and forms a connection space that allows the ventilation space to communicate with the fitting space. Accordingly, when lighting is installed on the cross bar, it is possible to efficiently dissipate heat from the lighting.
본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 의한 조명 삽입형 난간은, 지면에 일정 간격으로 이격되어 수직으로 배치되고 중심 부분에 통기공간이 관통 형성된 세로대유닛과, 단부가 세로대유닛에 지지되도록 상호 인접한 두 세로대유닛에 수평으로 설치되고 일측이 외부와 연통되도록 길이 방향으로 끼움공간이 관통 형성된 가로대유닛과, 세로대유닛에 가로대유닛을 결합시키되 통기공간과 끼움공간을 연통시키는 연결공간을 형성하는 조인트유닛을 포함한다. 이로써, 가로대에 조명이 설치되는 경우, 조명을 효율적으로 방열할 수 있다.
