In accordance with an advisable embodiment of the present invention, a safety fence for vehicle protection includes: a support member vertically installed to be spaced a predetermined distance apart from the ground, a horizontal member horizontally installed to be supported by the support member; and a combination member combining the horizontal member with the support member. The combination member has one side combined with the horizontal member and has the other side combined with the support member, wherein a guide hole for guiding the horizontal member when a position of the horizontal member is changed by an external shock, and the other side is combined and fixed to the support member through a fixing pin fixed to the support member through the guide hole. Accordingly, when an external shock caused by a vehicle or the like is exerted to the support member, the mutual combination of the guide hole and the fixing pin of the support member can primarily absorb the shock, and friction produced from the sliding of the fixing pin in the guide hole can secondarily absorb the shock.
본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 의한 차량 방호 안전 펜스는, 지면에 일정 간격으로 이격되게 수직으로 설치되는 지주부재, 지주부재에 지지되게 수평으로 설치되는 수평부재 및 수평부재와 지주부재를 결합시키는 결합부재를 포함하며, 결합부재는, 일측은 수평부재와 결합되고 타측은 지지부재와 결합되며, 타측에는 수평부재가 외부 충격에 의해 위치변동이 생길때 이를 가이드하는 가이드공이 형성되며, 가이드공을 통과하여 지주부재에 고정되는 고정핀에 의하여 타측이 지주부재에 결합고정된다. 이로써, 차량 등으로 인한 외부 충격이 지지부재에 가해지는 경우 지지부재의 가이드공 및 고정핀의 상호 결합관계에 의하여 1차로 충격이 흡수되고, 2차로 고정핀이 가이드공내에서 슬라이딩 이동되면서 그 마찰에 의하여 충격을 흡수할 수 있게 된다.
