The present invention relates to an automatic and manual opening/closing apparatus for a louver. A louver includes: a frame (1) comprising a pair of a horizontal bar (2) and a vertical bar (3); a plurality of louver wings (4) having a rotary shaft (5) installed on the vertical bar (3) of the frame (1) to be rotatable; and a rotation operation member (6) leading the rotary shaft (5) of each of the louver wings (4) to be rotated together. An opening/closing apparatus (10) for the louver includes: a housing (20) mounted on the vertical bar (3) of the frame (1), and having an insertion hole (28) extended vertically on the front side thereof; a rack (30) installed in the housing (20) to be movable along the frame (1); a pinion (40) provided in the housing (20) and geared to the rack (30); a driving motor (50) provided in the housing (20), and normally and reversely rotating the pinion (40); an operation lever (60) inserted into the insertion hole (28) of the housing (20), and including a rotary shaft combination part (61) detachably combined with the rotary shaft (5) of any one of the louver wings (4), a handle part (62) extended from the rotary shaft combination part (61) to the outside through the insertion hole (28) of the housing (20), and an elongated hole (63) extended in a longitudinal direction between the handle part (62) and the rotary shaft combination part (61); a guide protrusion (70) provided at one end of the rack (50) and combined to be movable along the elongated hole (63) of the operation lever (60); and a control part (80) controlling the operation of the driving motor (50). Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing the operation lever from being dislodged from the housing.
본 발명은 한 쌍의 수평바(2) 및 수직바(3)로 이루어진 프레임(1)과, 회전축(5)이 상기 프레임(1)의 수직바(3)에 회전가능하게 설치된 복수개의 루버날개(4)와, 이 루버날개(4)의 각 회전축(5)이 함께 회전되도록 해주는 회전작동부재(6)를 포함하는 루버의 개폐장치(10)에 있어서, 상기 프레임(1)의 수직바(3)에 장착되며, 전면에는 삽입공(28)이 상하로 연장된 하우징(20); 이 하우징(20)에 설치되되 프레임(1)을 따라 이동가능하게 설치된 랙(30); 상기 하우징(20)에 구비되며 랙(30)과 치합된 피니언(40); 상기 하우징(20)에 구비되며, 피니언(40)을 정역회전시키는 구동모터(50); 상기 하우징(20)의 삽입공(28)에 삽입되며, 루버날개(4)의 어느 하나의 회전축(5)에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 회전축결합부(61)와, 이 회전축결합부(61)에서 하우징(20)의 삽입공(28)을 통해 외부로 연장된 손잡이부(62)와, 이 손잡이부(62)와 회전축결합부(61) 사이에 길이방향을 따라 연장된 장공(63)을 포함하는 작동레버(60); 상기 랙(50)의 일단에 구비되며 작동레버(60)의 장공(63)을 따라 이동가능하게 결합된 가이드돌기(70); 및 상기 구동모터(50)의 작동을 제어하는 제어부(80);를 포함하는 루버용 자동 및 수동 겸용 개폐장치이다.

The present invention relates to an automatic and manual opening/closing apparatus for a louver. A louver includes: a frame (1) comprising a pair of a horizontal bar (2) and a vertical bar (3); a plurality of louver wings (4) having a rotary shaft (5) installed on the vertical bar (3) of the frame (1) to be rotatable; and a rotation operation member (6) leading the rotary shaft (5) of each of the louver wings (4) to be rotated together.
