Foldable safety railing with automatic deployment and restoration function
The present invention relates to a foldable safety railing and, more specifically, to a foldable safety railing installed in an apartment or other buildings to automatically deploy an emergency stair and restore the same to the original state. The foldable safety railing with an automatic deployment and restoration function, including a railing body and an emergency stair provided to be deployable downward from the railing body, comprises: a restoring device for lifting the deployed emergency stair to return the same to the original position; and a locking device for preventing the emergency stair from being deployed in normal times. The restoring device includes: a drive motor which can be rotated forward and backward; a driveshaft rotated by the drive motor; a wire drum coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the driveshaft and rotated together with the driveshaft; and a wire rope wound or unwound by the wire drum and connected to the top of the emergency stair to lift the deployed emergency stair. The locking device includes: a ratchet wheel fixed and coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the driveshaft and rotated together with the driveshaft; and a locking pawl meshed between the teeth of the ratchet wheel to restrict rotation of the ratchet wheel in one direction so that the emergency stair is not deployed.
본 발명은 접이식 안전난간에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 아파트나 기타 건물에 설치되어 피난계난을 자동으로 전개후 다시 원래 상태로 복원할 수 있는 접이식 안전난간에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 자동 전개 및 복원 기능을 구비하는 접이식 안전난간은, 난간본체와, 상기 난간본체로부터 하측으로 전개 가능하게 구성되는 피난계단을 포함하되, 전개된 피난계단을 인양하여 원래 위치로 복윈시키기 위한 복원장치와; 평시 피난계단이 전개되는 것을 방지하기 위한 록킹장치를 구비하고; 상기 복원장치는 정역회전 가능한 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터에 의해 회전되는 구동축과, 상기 구동축의 외주면에 결합되어 구동축과 함께 회전되는 와이어드럼과, 상기 와이어드럼에 의해 권취 또는 권출되며 상기 피난계단의 상단과 연결되어 전개된 피난계단을 인양하기 위한 와이어로프를 포함하며; 상기 록킹장치는 상기 구동축 외주면에 고정 결합되어 구동축과 함께 회전되는 래칫휠과, 상기 래칫휠의 톱니 사이에 치합되어 상기 피난계단이 전개되지 않도록 상기 래칫휠의 일방향으로의 회전을 제한하는 록킹폴을 포함한다.
