A structure of a flared shieldin integrated with climbing system and the mounting method thereof
The present invention relates to a climbing system-integrated flared shielding installation structure and an installation method thereof. In particular, a flared shielding installation structure is installed at the bottom of one or two floors of the lowest scaffold of a climbing system such an automated climbing system (ACS) or a railed climbing system (RCS) as well as an alloy steel, cedar, or PERI gang form so that the flared shielding installation structure is integral with the climbing system to prevent fall of workers working within the climbing system and reducing casualties caused by falling tools or the like. In addition, the flared shielding installation structure is simply and conveniently installed on an upper floor by moving the climbing system-integrated flared shielding installation structure from a lower floor to the upper floor at once by using a climbing system lifting means (fixed shoes, rails, cylinders, and pumps) instead of using a tower crane in the lower floor, to prevent a conventional problem that the parts of a flared shielding installation structure are installed and dismantled and the flared shielding installation structure is moved to an upper part and installed again, to shorten the construction time required for assembly and disassembly of the parts of the flared shielding installation structure in a building under construction, thereby enabling workers to safely and conveniently install the flared shielding installation structure and to safely perform construction work within the climbing system. The flared shielding installation structure comprises: a safety net; a frame; a plurality of supports; wire ropes; and a plurality of wind pressure supports.
본 발명은 클라이밍 시스템 일체식 낙하물방지망 설치구조 및 클라이밍 시스템 일체식 낙하물방지망 설치구조의 설치방법에 관한 것으로, 특히, 금강, 삼목, 페리(PERI) 갱폼은 물론 ACS(Automated Climbing System), RCS(Railed Climbing System) 등과 같은 클라이밍 시스템(Climbing System)의 최하단 발판 1 내지 2개 층 밑부분에 설치되어, 클라이밍 시스템에 낙하물방지망 설치구조를 일체로 형성하여 클라이밍 시스템 내에서 작업하는 작업자의 추락을 방지하고, 공구 등의 낙하로 인한 인명피해를 줄이며, 또한, 클라이밍 시스템 일체식 낙하물방지망 설치구조를 하층에서 타워크레인을 사용하지 않고 대신 클라이밍 시스템 인양 수단(고정슈 및 레일, 실린더 및 펌프 등)을 이용하여 설치하고자 하는 상층으로 한 번에 이동시켜 낙하물방지망 설치구조를 간편하고 편리하게 상층에 설치함으로써, 낙하물방지망 설치구조의 부품을 설치 및 해체하고 다시 상부로 낙하물방지망 설치구조를 이동시켜 다시 설치하는 종래기술의 문제점을 방지하여 공사중인 건물에서 낙하물방지망 설치구조의 부품의 조립 및 해체에 소요되는 시공시간을 단축하여 작업자가 낙하물방지망 설치구조를 안전하고 편리하게 설치하고, 또한, 클라이밍 시스템 내에서 안전하게 건설작업을 실시할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a climbing system-integrated flared shielding installation structure and an installation method thereof.
