Manufacturing method for the Yellow soil house containing antibacterial heat insulation humidity control funktion
The present invention relates to a technology related to a method for fabricating an antimicrobial loess mud yellow soil room structure with a temperature and humidity control function and, more specifically, to a technology related to an antimicrobial loess mud yellow soil room structure with a temperature and humidity control function, wherein a loess mud yellow soil plate material is used to guarantee antimicrobial properties, and a control unit is installed at a specific space of a loess mud yellow soil room structure to measure the temperature and humidity on the inside of the room. To this end, the present invention comprises a first step in which a floor structure (30) is formed to constitute a floor surface of a loess mud yellow soil room structure, after a room with an underfloor heating structure provided in a rectangular structure is designed and fabricated in advance in order to form the floor surface which is the foundation of a loess mud yellow soil room structure. An outer wall body is firstly constructed at the upper portion of the floor structure of the building, and a wooden square bar is fixed in a longitudinal direction or a transverse direction on the inside thereof. The space formed between the square bars may be filled with charcoal or an insulation material. Moreover, an antimicrobial loess mud yellow soil plate material is fixed between the square bars to form an inner wall body. A transverse waterway is formed on the inside of the roof of the antimicrobial loess mud yellow soil room structure, and a water spray nozzle is installed at the location on the upper portion of the waterway. The present invention relates to a technology related to an antimicrobial loess mud yellow soil room structure with a temperature and humidity control function, wherein the control unit is installed at a specific space of the antimicrobial loess mud yellow soil room structure to measure the temperature and humidity on the inside of the room, and the water spray nozzle is applied to spray water when the indoor humidity of the loess mud yellow soil room is decreased. Therefore, work processes may be performed in an easy and quick manner.
본 발명은 온습도 조절기능을 갖는 항균성 황토방 건축물의 제조방법 관련 기술로, 더욱 구체적으로는 항균성을 확보하는 황토판재가 사용되고 황토방 건축물의 특정공간에 실내 온,습도를 측정하는 제어부가 설치되는 구성을 포함하여 온습도 조절기능을 갖는 항균성 황토방 건축물 관련 기술이다. 본원은 황토방 건축물의 기초인 바닥면을 이루기 위해 4각형구조로 제공되는 온돌구조의 구들방이 사전 설계 및 제작되어 황토방 건축물의 바닥면을 형성하는 바닥구조물(30)이 형성되는 제1단계와, 상기 건축물의 바닥구조물 상부에 외벽체가 먼저 시공되고 그 내측에 목재 각목을 종 또는 횡으로 고정하고 각목 사이에 형성되는 공간은 숯 또는 단열재를 채우고 각목과 각목 사이에 항균성 황토판재를 고정시켜 내벽체를 형성하며 황토방 건축물의 지붕 내측에 횡형 수로를 형성하고, 수로 상부 위치에는 물 분사노즐이 설치되는 구성을 이루고, 황토방 건축물의 특정공간에 실내 온,습도를 측정하는 제어부가 설치되는 구성을 이루어서 황토방 실내습도가 낮아지면 물분사노즐에서 물을 분사하도록 적용되는 구성을 포함하여 이루어지는 온습도 조절기능을 갖는 항균성 황토방 건축물 관련 기술이다.
