Drain-integrated closed toilet and construction method
The present invention relates to a drain-integrated closed toilet and a construction method thereof. A purpose of the present invention is to provide a toilet capable of horizontally connecting a toilet body and a flange by forming a lower exterior of the closed toilet without a space and having a vertical bar with a horizontal bar with a horizontal screw groove in the flange. A flange installation groove (34) is vertically installed in a concave groove (36) for flange installation in the lower exterior (35) of the toilet in which a drainpipe (32) is exposed. A T-bolt installed in a horizontal sleeve of a bottom flange is vertically inserted into the flange installation groove and connected by a nut. The toilet comprises: the bottom flange (50) connected by being vertically bent on both sides in a diameter direction of the sleeve (53), and having a vertical bar (58) with a horizontal screw hole (59) instead of a T-bolt groove; and the closed toilet body (60) forming the lower exterior (65) to remove the concave groove (36) and enclose a side part and having the flange installation groove (64) into which a fixing bolt (52) is horizontally inserted in the lower exterior (65) at a part corresponding to the screw hole (59). A space (66) on which the vertical bar (58) is mounted is formed between the drainpipe (32) and the lower exterior (65).
배수관(32)이 노출된 양변기 하부외형(35)의 후렌지 설치용 오목홈(36)에 수직으로 후렌지설치홈(34)을 두고, 수평상의 바닥후렌지의 슬리브에 설치한 티볼트를 후렌지설치홈으로 수직으로 끼워 너트로 결합하는 양변기에 있어서, 슬리브(53) 직경방향 양측에서 수직으로 절곡 결합되며 티볼트홈 대신 수평상의 나사공(59)을 가지는 수직바(58)를 설치한 바닥후렌지(50)와; 오목홈(36)을 없애고 측면부분까지 둘러싸도록 하부외형(65)을 이루고, 배수관(32)과 하부외형(65)사이는 상기 수직바(58)가 안치되는 공간(66)을 이루며 상기 나사공(59) 대응 부위의 하부외형(65)에 고정볼트(52)가 수평으로 끼워지는 후렌지설치홈(64)을 형성한 밀폐형 양변기본체(60)를 포함하여 구성한 밀폐형 양변기 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
