Embodiments of the present invention relate to a door lock including handle suitable for both left and right hands, which enables a user to channel the direction of a handle with a simple operation, and a left-hand and right-hand change method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the door lock is installed on the inside or outside of a door and including a handle for both left and right hands. The door lock comprises: a door lock body in which a handle is formed on the front side; a rotating member installed on a shaft extending from the handle into the door lock body; and a limiting member limiting movement of the rotating member. A plurality of recesses are formed in the rotating member so that the limiting member is received in one of the plurality of recesses. When the limiting member is pressed, the limiting member separates from the recess receiving the limiting member so that movement restriction of the rotating member is released.
본 발명의 실시예들은 좌수 및 우수 겸용 핸들을 가지는 도어락에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 도어의 내측 또는 외측에 설치되며, 좌수 및 우수 겸용 핸들을 포함하는 도어락에 있어서, 전면에 상기 핸들이 형성되는 도어락 본체; 상기 핸들에서 상기 도어락 본체 내로 연장되는 샤프트에 설치되는 회전부재; 및 상기 회전부재의 움직임을 제한하는 제한부재;를 포함하고, 상기 회전부재에는 복수의 리세스(recess)가 형성되어, 상기 제한부재가 상기 복수의 리세스 중 하나에 수용되며, 상기 제한부재를 누르면 상기 제한부재를 수용하고 있는 리세스로부터 상기 제한부재가 이탈하여 상기 회전부재의 움직임 제한이 해제되는, 좌수 및 우수 겸용 핸들을 가지는 도어락이 제공된다.
