INSTALLATION STRUCTURE FOR SINK AND DRAINAGE BASIN
Disclosed is an installation structure of a sink and a drain container. The installation structure of a sink and a drain container according to the present invention prevents contaminants from remaining on the bottom of a sink and germs from being propagated and allows a single worker to readily couple the drain container under the sink. When the drain container is coupled with the sink drain by means of a ring bracket, a sleeve extended downward is formed in a sink drain. A first protruding coupling unit is formed on a lower surface of the ring bracket and an inner diameter is formed in a size to be inserted into the outer diameter of the sleeve. The ring bracket is pushed from a lower part to an upper part of the sleeve and then bonded to a lower surface of the sink bottom while inserted into an outside of the sleeve. A second coupling unit to be assembled into the first coupling unit of the ring bracket is formed in the drain container. When the drain container is assembled into a lower part of the sink, the second coupling unit of the drain container is assembled into the first coupling unit of the ring bracket.
싱크대와 배수통의 설치 구조를 개시한다. 본 발명은 싱크대 바닥 배수구 주변에 오염물질이 잔류하거나 세균이 번식하는 것을 예방할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 1인의 작업자가 싱크대 하부에서 용이하게 체결할 수 있는 싱크대와 배수통의 설치 구조에 관한 것으로, 배수통을 링브라켓에 의하여 싱크대 배수구에 체결함에 있어서, 싱크대의 배수구에 하방으로 연장된 슬리브를 형성하고, 상기 링브라켓의 하면에는 돌출된 제1체결부를 형성하고 내경은 상기 슬리브의 외경에 삽입되는 크기로 형성하여, 링브라켓을 상기 슬리브의 하방에서 상방으로 밀어 슬리브 외측에 삽입한 상태로 싱크대 바닥 하면에 접합하고, 상기 배수통에는 상기 링브라켓의 제1체결부에 조립되는 제2체결부를 형성하고, 배수통을 싱크대 하부에 조립시 배수통의 제2체결부를 상기 링브라켓의 제1체결부에 조립한다.
