Disclosed is a piercing sleeve unit. The piercing sleeve unit according to the present invention comprises: a piercing sleeve installed on a mounting hole formed on an interfloor floor or wall of a building, having a hollow shape with a sleeve through hole formed inside, and capable of having a first pipe and a second pipe inserted into both ends, respectively; a plurality of fire-resisting foaming agents installed in multiple stages to be spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the piercing sleeve, including a material expandable by heat and capable of being expanded by heat to close the mounting hole; and a plurality of supporting members coupled to the piercing sleeve, having one end fixed to the interfloor or wall of the building and having the other end fixed to the inner side of the fire-resisting foaming agent to fix the plurality of fire-resisting foaming agents to the interfloor floor or wall of the building, respectively. According to the present invention, the fire-resisting foaming agents are arranged in multiple stages to be spaced apart from one another in the piercing sleeve, so even when the fire-resisting foaming agents arranged on a lower side are partially joined to a pipe, which melts and falls due to high-temperature heat, to be separated from the piercing sleeve and the interfloor or wall while falling together, the fire-resisting foaming agents arranged on an upper side can normally foam and expand to close the mounting hole, thereby blocking the propagation of a fire stably.
관통 슬리브 유닛이 개시된다. 본 발명의 관통 슬리브 유닛은, 건축물의 층간 바닥 또는 벽에 형성되는 장착구에 설치되고, 내측에 슬리브 관통구가 형성된 중공 형상으로 이루어지며, 양단 부분에 제1 배관 및 제2 배관이 각각 삽입 가능한 관통 슬리브; 상기 관통 슬리브의 길이방향을 따라 서로 이격되게 다단으로 설치되며, 열에 의해 팽창 가능한 재질을 포함하고 열에 의해 팽창하여 상기 장착구를 폐쇄 가능한 복수의 내화발포재부; 및 상기 관통 슬리브에 결합되되, 일단은 상기 건축물의 층간 바닥 또는 벽에 고정되고 타단은 상기 내화발포재부 내측에 고정되어 상기 건축물의 층간 바닥 또는 벽에 대해 상기 복수의 내화발포재부를 각각 고정하는 복수의 지지부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 관통 슬리브에 서로 이격되게 다단으로 내화발포재부를 마련함으로써, 상대적으로 하측에 배치된 내화발포재부가 고온 열에 의해 녹아 낙하하는 배관과 일부 접합하여 같이 낙하하면서 관통 슬리브 및 층간 바닥(또는 벽)으로부터 이탈하는 현상이 발생하더라도 상대적으로 상측에 배치된 내화발포재부가 정상적으로 발포 팽창하여 장착구를 폐쇄할 수 있으므로 안정적으로 화재의 전파를 차단할 수 있다.
Disclosed is a piercing sleeve unit. 관통 슬리브 유닛이 개시된다. 본 발명의 관통 슬리브 유닛은, 건축물의 층간 바닥 또는 벽에 형성되는 장착구에 설치되고, 내측에 슬리브 관통구가 형성된 중공 형상으로 이루어지며, 양단 부분에 제1 배관 및 제2 배관이 각각 삽입 가능한 관통 슬리브; 상기 관통 슬리브의 길이방향을 따라 서로 이격되게 다단으로 설치되며, 열에 의해 팽창 가능한 재질을 포함하고 열에 의해 팽창하여 상기 장착구를 폐쇄 가능한 복수의 내화발포재부; 및 상기 관통 슬리브에 결합되되, 일단은 상기 건축물의 층간 바닥 또는 벽에 고정되고 타단은 상기 내화발포재부 내측에 고정되어 상기 건축물의 층간 바닥 또는 벽에 대해 상기 복수의 내화발포재부를 각각 고정하는 복수의 지지부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 관통 슬리브에 서로 이격되게 다단으로 내화발포재부를 마련함으로써, 상대적으로 하측에 배치된 내화발포재부가 고온 열에 의해 녹아 낙하하는 배관과 일부 접합하여 같이 낙하하면서 관통 슬리브 및 층간 바닥(또는 벽)으로부터 이탈하는 현상이 발생하더라도 상대적으로 상측에 배치된 내화발포재부가 정상적으로 발포 팽창하여 장착구를 폐쇄할 수 있으므로 안정적으로 화재의 전파를 차단할 수 있다.
