Hinge system for holding open degree of hinged door
The present invention relates to a hinge device for maintaining a door opening degree which can maintain a hinged door in a state of being opened by a prescribed angle without using a door stopper. According to the present invention, the hinge device for maintaining a door opening degree comprises an operating unit and a casing in which the operating unit is embedded. The operating unit includes an aligning assembly shaft member, a cam mechanism consisting of an upper cam and a lower cam assembled on the aligning assembly shaft member, a return spring compressed to accumulate a restoring force when the upper can ascends and discharging a restoring force toward the upper cam when the upper cam descends, and a fluid circulation mechanism allowing fluid to enter between the upper cam and the lower cam or discharging fluid between the upper cam and the lower cam. One or more stepped units are formed on a running surface of the upper cam and a cam surface of the lower cam, and one or more full opening maintaining grooves are formed on the peak of the cam surface of the lower cam.
본 발명은 도어 스토퍼를 쓰지 않아도 여닫이 도어가 소정 각도로 열려 있는 상태로 유지될 수 있는 도어 개방각도 유지용 힌지 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 도어 개방각도 유지용 힌지 장치는, 작동 유닛 및 작동 유닛이 내장되는 케이싱을 포함하여 구성된다. 작동 유닛은, 정렬조립 축부재와, 정렬조립 축부재에 조립되는 상부 캠 및 하부 캠으로 이루어지는 캠 기구와, 상부 캠의 상승시에 압축되어 복원력이 축적되고 상부 캠의 하강시에 상부 캠을 향해 복원력이 방출되는 복귀 스프링과, 상부 캠과 하부 캠의 사이로 유체가 유입되도록 하거나 상부 캠과 하부 캠의 사이에서 유체가 배출되도록 하는 유체순환기구를 포함하여 구성된다. 또한, 상부 캠의 캠 주행면과 하부 캠의 캠 면에는 하나 이상의 단차부가 각각 형성되어 있으며, 하부 캠의 캠 면의 정점부에는 하나 이상의 완전 개방 유지홈이 형성되어 있다.
