The present invention relates to an unexposed outer-caulking construction system of an exterior panel and, more specifically, to an unexposed outer-caulking panel structure of an exterior panel and a construction method of an exterior panel using the same, which can provide a construction structure particularly suitable for an exterior panel to provide an elegant appearance, have a very light weight to prevent a burden on a load of a building, reduce construction costs and shorten construction periods required for construction, and allow durable and safe exterior material construction. According to the present invention, a construction structure particularly suitable for an exterior panel is provided to provide an elegant appearance, and materials are lightweight to facilitate ease in construction and reduce a load on a building. The unexposed outer-caulking panel structure of an exterior panel has excellent durability, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, nonflammability, wear resistance, and weather resistance, facilitates ease in maintenance and repair of a panel exterior material, and thus can be efficiently used in exterior work for finishing a building. To this end, the unexposed outer-caulpanel structure of an exterior panel comprises: a set anchor; a support body; a support body fixing bracket; an insulation material layer; a sheet layer; and an exterior material panel.
본 발명은 외장재 패널의 비노출 외도식 시공 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 외장재 패널에 특히 적합한 시공 구조를 제공함으로써 외관상 미려한 심미감을 제공함과 동시에 초경량이어서 건물의 하중에 부담을 주지 않고 시공에 따른 공사기간의 단축 및 공사비용을 절감시킬 수 있으며, 보다 내구성 있고 안전한 외장재의 시공이 가능하도록 한 외장재 패널의 비노출 외도식 패널 구조체 및 이를 이용한 외장재 패널의 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 외장재 패널에 특히 적합한 시공 구조를 제공함으로써 외관상 미려한 심미감을 제공함과 동시에 자재가 경량으로 시공이 용이하고 건물에 하중을 줄일 수 있고, 내구성과 내화학성, 내습성, 불연성, 내마모성, 내후성이 뛰어날 뿐만 아니라 패널 외장재의 유지보수가 용이하므로 건축물의 마감용 외장 작업에 효율적으로 이용될 수 있다.
