Apparatus for preventing plastering of flooring from cracking
The present invention relates to a crack blocking device for a plastering layer of an indoor floor to prevent cracks from spreading to a floor plastering layer by being installed in a portion where cracks in the floor plastering layer are expected to be caused by stress concentrated at the corner of a wall or column, etc. on the indoor floor. The present invention comprises: a stress distributing plate for blocking cracks generated from corners from spreading any further, formed in a shape with a curved surface to disperse and dissipate stress that causes cracks, and having through-holes through which concrete and cement mortar to be poured can penetrate; an attachment plate formed on the lower surface of the stress distributing plate to be in parallel with an indoor floor; an attachment part provided on the lower surface of the attachment plate and attached to the indoor floor; a stress absorber made of a porous material, having an area equal to or smaller than that of the inner surface of the stress distributing plate, fixed to the inner surface of the stress distributing plate, and having a plurality of exhaust holes penetrating in the vertical direction; and a fixing part so that both edges of the stress absorber can be inserted into and fixed to both edges of the stress distributing plate.
본 발명은 실내 바닥에서 벽체 또는 기둥 등의 모서리 부위에서 응력이 집중되어 그 응력에 의해 바닥 미장층의 균열이 예상되는 부분에 설치함으로써 바닥 미장층으로 균열이 확산되는 것을 방지하도록 한 실내 바닥 미장층의 균열 차단 장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 모서리로부터 발생된 균열이 더 이상 확산되지 못하도록 차단시켜 줌과 아울러, 균열을 발생시켜 주는 응력을 분산 소멸시켜 줄 수 있도록 곡면을 갖는 모양으로 형성하여 타설되는 콘크리트 및 시멘트 몰탈이 관통할 수 있도록 관통공을 갖추고 있는 응력분산판; 상기 응력분산판의 저면에서 실내의 바닥과 나란히 접하도록 형성된 부착판; 상기 부착판의 저면에 구비되어 실내 바닥에 부착되는 부착부; 다공성 재질로 형성되고, 상기 응력분산판의 내측면의 면적과 같거나 작은 면적을 가지면서 응력분산판의 내측면에 고정되며, 상하방향으로 관통되는 다수의 배기공을 갖는 응력흡수체; 상기 응력분산판의 양측부 가장자리에는 상기 응력흡수체의 양측 가장자리가 끼워져서 고정될 수 있도록 고정부로 구성된다.
