The present invention relates to a housing for disaster preparedness, and includes an evacuation space having a depth from the ground to the basement, a plate installed to be elevatable to the ground and the basement inside the evacuation space, a lift driving unit supporting the plate from the lower part of the evacuation space, raising the plate to the ground height in ascent driving and lowering the plate to the basement in descent driving, an opening/closing driving unit installed to be laterally slidable from one side of the evacuation space to selectively open and close the upper part of the evacuation space, and a control unit controlling the driving of the lift driving unit and the opening/closing driving unit.
본 발명은 재난 대비용 주택에 관한 것으로, 지면으로부터 지하로 깊이를 갖는 대피공간과, 대피공간의 내부에서 지면과 지하로 승강 가능하게 설치되고, 상부에 건축물이 설치되는 플레이트와, 대피공간의 하부에서 플레이트를 지지하고, 상승 구동시 플레이트를 지면 높이로 상승시키며, 하강 구동시 플레이트를 지하로 하강시키는 승강 구동부와, 대피공간의 일측에서 측방으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되어, 대피공간의 상부를 선택적으로 개폐시키는 개폐 구동부 및, 승강 구동부와 개폐 구동부의 구동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
