BLADE WORKLOAD ESTIMATION SYSTEM FOR MOTOR GRADER
The present invention relates to a blade workload estimation system of a motor grader, comprising: a pressure sensor installed in at least one of a plurality of hydraulic cylinders to measure pressure; a hydraulic pressure-force conversion unit that converts the pressure measured by the pressure sensor into force; a torque conversion unit for converting the force converted by the hydraulic-force conversion unit into torque of each joint; and a blade workload estimation unit for estimating the workload of the blade using the torque converted by the torque conversion unit, thereby capable of estimating the workload of the blade without changing a design of the motor grader or designing a special device.
본 발명은 모터 그레이더의 블레이드 작업 부하 추정 시스템에 관한 것으로, 복수의 유압 실린더 중 적어도 하나에 설치되어 압력을 측정하는 압력 센서와; 상기 압력 센서에 의해 측정된 압력을 힘으로 환산하는 유압-힘 변환부와; 상기 유압-힘 변환부에 의해 변환된 힘을 각 조인트의 토크로 변환하는 토크 변환부와; 상기 토크 변환부에 의해 변환된 토크를 이용하여, 블레이드의 작업 부하를 추정하는 블레이드 작업 부하 추정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
