Fixing frame for fixing riser pipe
The present invention relates to a fixing frame for fixing a riser pipe and, more specifically, to a fixing frame for fixing a riser pipe, which can fix riser pipes, which are constructed through the floors of a multi-story building, to through-holes formed in inter-floor slabs, and particularly, can not only facilitate the bonding of a refractory filler to a fixing frame, but also firmly fix the same. The fixing frame for fixing a riser pipe comprises: a band part (200) for surrounding the outer surface of a riser pipe (100); and a flange part (300) provided below the band part (200) and formed by being bent, and further comprises: a plurality of fixing grooves (310) spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the flange part (300); and fixing clips (400) including a locking portion (410) having a horizontal surface to be caught around the fixing groove (310), connecting portions (420) vertically bent and extended from both ends of the locking portion (410), and support pieces (430) provided below the connecting portions (420), and protruding inward to be inclined upward. While the fixing clips (400) are inserted into the fixing grooves (310), a refractory filler (500) is fitted through lower opening portions (440) of the fixing clips (400) and supported by the support pieces (430).
본 발명은 입상배관 고정용 고정틀에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 다층 건물의 층간에 관통 시공되는 입상배관들을 층간 슬래브에 형성된 관통홀에 고정시키며, 특히 고정틀에 내화충전재의 결합을 용이하게 할 뿐만 아니라 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있는 입상배관 고정용 고정틀에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 입상배관 고정용 고정틀은 입상배관(100)의 외면을 감싸는 밴드부(200) 및 상기 밴드부(200)의 하부에 절곡되어 형성되는 플랜지부(300)를 포함하는 입상배관 고정용 고정틀에 있어서, 상기 플랜지부(300)의 원주방향을 따라 이격 형성되는 다수개의 고정홈(310); 및 상기 고정홈(310)의 주변에 걸리도록 수평면을 형성하는 걸림부(410)와, 상기 걸림부(410)의 양단부에서 수직으로 절곡되어 연장되는 연결부(420)와, 상기 연결부(420)의 하부에 내측으로 상향 경사지게 돌출되는 지지편(430)으로 이루어진 고정클립(400);을 더 포함하며, 상기 고정홈(310)에 고정클립(400)이 삽입된 상태에서 내화충전재(500)가 고정클립(400)의 하단 개방부(440)를 통해 끼움 결합됨과 동시에 상기 지지편(430)에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
