본 발명은 공간 활용성이 향상된 공동주택 벽체 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 내력벽체로 건물 하중을 지지하는 벽식 구조의 공동주택에 있어서, 90도 이상의 둔각(鈍角)으로 내력벽체가 연결될 필요가 있는 절점부를 라멘 구조로 구성함으로써, 절점부 인근 영역의 공간 활용성을 높일 수 있도록 구성된 공간 활용성이 향상된 공동주택 벽체 구조가 개시된다.
