본 발명은 페로니켈 슬래그 및 수산폐기물을 재활용한 친환경 호안블럭에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 철강산업에서 발생하는 폐기물인 페로니켈 슬래그를 이용하여 호안블럭의 강도, 내부식성 및 수명 연장이 가능하며, 아울러 블럭 상측에 게껍질, 불가사리, 패각 등의 수산폐기물을 이용한 복합 중금속 흡착물을 위치하도록 함으로써 수중 중금속을 용이하게 제거할 수 있는 친환경 호안블럭에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing environmentally friendly shore protection blocks having heavy metal adsorption capacity prepared by recycling ferronickel slag and marine waste. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing environmentally friendly shore protection blocks which extends intensity, anticorrosion properties, and life of shore protection blocks by using ferronickel slag, which is waste generated from the steel industry, and easily removes underwater heavy metals by placing complex heavy metal adsorbate using marine waste such as crab shells, starfish, shells, and others on upper sides of the blocks. A method for manufacturing a shore protection block according to the present invention comprises a step of mixing a concrete mixture comprising 100 to 200 parts by weight of cement, 180 to 400 parts by weight of natural aggregate, 300 to 700 parts by weight of regenerated aggregate, 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of waste pottery powder, and 10 to 30 parts by weight of water, and pouring the same into a molding frame; a step of distributing 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of a complex heavy metal adsorbate on the concrete mixture; a vibrating compression molding step of applying constant vibrations and pressure to the molding frame to mold for 1 to 10 seconds; and a step of steam-curing the molded body at 40 to 80℃ for 4 to 8 hours, wherein regenerated aggregate comprises ferronickel slag, and the complex heavy metal adsorbate comprises crab shell powder, starfish powder, and shell powder.
