2 Construction apparatus for sealing two civil mats
The present invention relates to a construction device for sewing two civil mats, and specifically to the construction device for sewing two civil mats, comprising: a mat carrier (11) for loading a first civil mat (M1); a traveling device (10) comprising a carrier retractor (12) that pulls the mat carrier (11) backward; a moving body (20) connected to the traveling device (10) and moving forward and backward along the traveling device (10) and installed at the end of the mat carrier (11); and a sewing machine (30) installed on an upper surface of the moving body (20) to move forward and backward together with the moving body (20), sewing the edge of the first civil mat (M1) deployed in the traveling device (10) and the edge of a second civil mat (M2) already deployed on the soft ground, and integrating the first civil mat (M1) and the second civil mat (M2). Thus, the two civil mats are stably integrated and continuous sewing work can be facilitated while minimizing input of manpower.
본 발명은 2개의 토목매트를 봉제하는 시공장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 제1토목매트(M1)를 적재하는 매트 운송체(11)와; 상기 매트 운송체(11)를 후방으로 잡아당기는 운송체 견인기(12)를 포함하여 구성되는 주행장치(10); 상기 주행장치(10)와 연결되어 주행장치(10)를 따라 전후진하되, 상기 매트 운송체(11)의 끝부분에 설치되는 이동체(20); 및 상기 이동체(20)의 상면에 설치되어 이동체(20)와 함께 전후진하고, 상기 주행장치(10)에서 전개된 제1토목매트(M1)의 가장자리와 이미 연약지반에 전개되어 있던 제2토목매트(M2)의 가장자리를 봉합하여 제1토목매트(M1)와 제2토목매트(M2)를 일체화하는 봉제기(30)를 포함하여 구성되어, 2개의 토목매트가 안정적으로 일체화될 뿐만 아니라 인력의 투입을 최소화하면서 연속적인 봉제작업을 용이하게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
