BRICK SHAPED POTTERY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is a manufacturing method of brick-patterned pottery. According to an embodiment the present invention, the method comprises: a step of molding and producing an object on a potter's wheel; a step of manufacturing a plurality of brick-patterned clay boards from a plaster mold; a step of applying an adhesive lining to a first area of the surface of the object, and attaching the clay boards on the first area where the lining is applied; a step of absorbing the lining on the surface of the object for texture treatment; a step of drying the object where the clay boards are attached, and biscuit firing the object; a step of applying black glaze on the surface of the biscuit fired object; a step of removing the black glaze from the surface of the object; and a step of glaze firing the object for oxidative calcination.
벽돌무늬 도자기의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 방법은, 기물이 물레 성형되어 제작되는 단계와 석고틀에서 복수개의 벽돌무늬 점토판재를 제작하는 단계와 상기 기물의 표면의 제1 영역에 접착용 이장을 바르고, 상기 이장이 발라진 제1 영역 상에 상기 점토판재를 부착하는 단계와 상기 기물의 표면에 질감처리용 이장을 흡착 처리하는 단계와 상기 점토판재가 부착된 기물을 건조 후 초벌구이 되는 단계와 상기 초벌구이 된 기물의 표면에 흑유가 시유되는 단계와 상기 기물의 표면에서 흑유를 제거 처리하는 단계와 상기 기물이 산화소성 재벌구이 되는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
