According to one aspect of the present invention, provided may be a ceramic coating agent composition having excellent humidity control performance. The ceramic coating agent composition includes: an inorganic binder including an alpha-type hemihydrate gypsum mixed binder and an aluminosilicate mixture; at least one porous raw material selected from the group consisting of activated white clay, bentonite, and zeolite; a retardant; and a surface hardening agent.
