Light Weight Mortar Composite Using Ready-mixed Concrete Recovery Water
The present invention relates to a lightweight mortar composition prepared by using ready-mixed concrete recovery water as an alkali stimulant for blast furnace slag fine powder and, more specifically, to technology, in which ready-mixed concrete recovery water is used to lightweight mortar prepared by using a blast furnace slag fine powder binder and artificial lightweight fine aggregates to allow the ready-mixed concrete recovery water to activate the blast furnace slag fine powder and is used for prewetting of the artificial lightweight fine aggregates and as mixing water for the lightweight mortar to enhance curing performance and durability of the lightweight mortar. The lightweight mortar composition of the present invention comprises: 320-450 kg/m^3 of a binder including 80-90 wt% of first-grade ordinary Portland cement and 10-20 wt% of blast furnace slag fine powder; 500-700 kg/m^3 of lightweight fine aggregates; and 150-160 kg/m^3 of mixing water, wherein the mixing water includes 5.0-10.0 wt% of ready-mixed concrete recovery water which has a solid content of 7.5-10.0 wt%, and the ready-mixed concrete recovery water promotes reactivity of the blast furnace slag fine powder. According to the present invention, the ready-mixed concrete recovery water is used as mixing water for a lightweight mortar composition to enhance economic efficiency in terms of costs for raw materials and ready-mixed concrete recovery water is treated as waste water to reduce a load to an environment.
본 발명은 레미콘회수수를 고로슬래그 미분말의 알카리자극제로 활용한 경량모르타르 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고로슬래그 미분말 바인더와 인공경량 잔골재가 사용된 경량모르타르에 레미콘회수수를 사용함으로서, 상기 레미콘회수수가 고로슬래그 미분말을 활성화시키고, 인공경량 잔골재의 프리웨팅과 경량 모르타르의 배합수로 사용함으로서 경량모르타르의 경화성능, 내구성을 증대시키는 기술이다. 본 발명은 「1종보통포틀랜드시멘트 80~90wt% 및 고로슬래그미분말 10~20wt%를 포함하여 조성된 결합재 320~450kg/m3; 경량 잔골재 500~700kg/m3; 및 배합수 150~160kg/m3; 를 포함하여 조성되되, 상기 배합수에는 고형분 함량이 7.5~10.0wt%인 레미콘회수수가 5.0~10.0wt% 포함되어, 상기 레미콘회수수가 상기 고로슬래그미분의 반응성을 촉진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 모르타르 조성물」을 제공한다.
