MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CERAMIC FRAGRANCE EMITTING THING AND FRAGRANCE EMITTING THING MANUFACTURED BY THE MEHTOD
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a ceramic scent diffuser, and a ceramic scent diffuser manufactured by the method. More specifically, the manufacturing method of a ceramic scent diffuser comprises the following steps: preparing dough by mixing white clay with water; molding the prepared dough into a scent diffuser; drying the molded scent diffuser at 20 to 90 ℃ for 1 to 24 hours; firing the dried scent diffuser at 650 to 800 ℃ for 10 to 12 hours; and allowing a fragrance to be carried by the fired scent diffuser. According to the present invention, the ceramic scent diffuser has excellent porosity so as to easily carry a fragrance, diffuses the fragrance for a long period of time, and has intensity, antibacterial activity and deodorization power.
본 발명은 세라믹 발향체의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의해 제조된 세라믹 발향체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 백자토에 물을 혼합하여 반죽을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 제조된 반죽을 발향체로 성형하는 단계와, 상기 성형된 발향체를 20~90℃에서 1~24시간 건조하는 단계와, 상기 건조된 발향체를 650~800℃에서 10~12시간 소성하는 단계와, 상기 소성된 발향체에 향료를 담지시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면 다공성이 우수하여 향료의 담지가 용이하고, 장기간 용이한 발향이 이루어지며, 강도, 항균력 및 탈취력 역시 우수하다는 장점이 있다.
