Variable expression stairs device for stage lift
An objective of the present invention is to provide a variable stair device usable as a stage lift which is conveniently manufactured and does not easily break down. The variable stair device usable as a stage lift is installed on a performance stage, a building structure, and a vehicle to be selectively converted into an elevator or stairs and comprises: a main body having a space therein, a support body on the front and rear sides thereof, and a base plate on the bottom thereof; a lifting unit installed in the space of the main body, and having a pair of links assembled in an X-shape to make up one or more link parts to be folded vertically; a driving unit having a sprocket connected to a drive motor, wherein the sprocket rotates and moves a lifting chain upwards and downwards; a stepping body connected to the upper end of the link parts of the lifting unit, and moving vertically by the lifting chain; a bump driving part installed on the exit-side stepping body allowing a rider to enter, and lifting and lowering a bump; and a control part controlling the drive motor in accordance with an inputted signal to move the lifting chain upwards and downwards, forming stairs by varying operation time, and simultaneously operating the drive motors for the same time to operate as an elevator.
본 발명은 공연 무대 및 건축구조물, 차량에 설치되어 선택적으로 엘리베이터 또는 계단으로 변환되는 무대 리프트 겸용 가변식 계단장치로써, 내부에 공간을 두고 전후방측에 지지체를 구비하고, 바닥에 베이스판이 갖추어지는 본체; 상기 본체의 공간에 설치되고 한쌍의 링크가 "X"형태로 조립되어 링크부를 구성하며, 이 링크부가 하나 또는 그 이상으로 이루어져 상하로 절첩되는 승강유닛; 구동모터와 연결되는 스프로킷을 구비하고, 이 스프로킷이 회전하며 승강체인을 상하부로 이동시키는 구동유닛; 상기 승강유닛의 링크부 상단과 연결되고, 상기 승강체인에 의해 상하로 이동하는 디딤체; 탑승자가 출입하는 출입구측 디딤체에 설치되며, 방지턱을 승하강시키는 방지턱구동부; 입력된 신호에 따라 상기 구동모터를 제어하여 승강체인을 상하부로 이동시키며, 동작 시간에 편차를 두어 계단을 형성하고, 구동모터를 동시에 동일 시간을 가동시켜 엘리베이터로 동작시키는 제어부;로 이루어진 기술적인 특징을 갖는 것으로 달성되는 것이다.
