The present invention provides an externally attached friction viscous damping system with excellent durability and easy maintenance and repair while absorbing impact and vibration for a long period of time. The externally attached friction viscous damping system comprises: a floor connector (100) fixed to a floor (11) and provided with a hinge part (110); a high-capacity viscous damper (500) including a hinge lower fastening part (515) hinged to the hinge part (110) and having a hinge upper fastening part (516) on an upper portion thereof; two or more support steel rods (200) having a hinge fastening part (215) on an upper portion thereof and a hinge part (210) on a lower portion thereof, wherein the lowermost support steel rod (200) is hinged to the hinge upper fastening part (516), and neighboring support steel rods (200) are hinged by the hinge part (210) and the hinge fastening part (215); an upper connector (300) including a building connection part (330) extended laterally to be fixed to a building and a hinge part (310) positioned at the end of the building connection part (330), wherein the hinge part (310) is hinged to the hinge fastening part (215) of the uppermost support steel rod (200); and a friction damper (400) including a support steel rod accommodating part (440) accommodating the support steel rods (200) and a building connection part (430) extended laterally from the support steel rod accommodating part (440) to be fixed to the building.
본 발명은 바닥(11)에 고정되고 힌지부(110)를 구비하는 바닥 연결체(100); 상기 힌지부(110)에 힌지 연결되는 힌지하부체결부(515)를 포함하며, 상부에는 힌지상부체결부(516)가 구비된 고용량 점성댐퍼(500); 상부에 힌지체결부(215)를 구비하고 하부에 힌지부(210)를 구비한, 둘 이상의 지지강봉(200)으로서, 최하단의 지지강봉(200)은 상기 힌지상부체결부(516)에 힌지 연결되며, 이웃한 지지강봉(200)들이 힌지부(210)와 힌지체결부(215)에 의해 힌지 연결되는, 둘 이상의 지지강봉(200); 건축물에 고정되도록 횡방향으로 연장된 건축물 연결부(330)와, 상기 건축물 연결부(330)의 말단에 위치한 힌지부(310)를 포함하는 상부 연결체(300)로서, 상기 힌지부(310)는 최상단의 지지강봉(200)의 힌지체결부(215)에 힌지 연결되는, 상부 연결체(300); 및 상기 지지강봉(200)을 수용하는 지지강봉 수용부(440)와, 상기 지지강봉 수용부(440)에서 횡방향으로 연장되어 건축물에 고정되는 건축물 연결부(430)를 포함하는 마찰댐퍼(400)를 포함하는 외부 부착형 마찰 점성 감쇠 시스템을 제공한다.
