An objective of the present invention is to provide a leakage detection alarm valve capable of generating a leakage alarm by detecting water leakage occurring in a pipe to which the alarm valve is connected as well as a fire alarm. To this end, according to the present invention, the leakage detection alarm valve comprises: a housing including an inlet pipe formed on a lower side through which fluid flows in and a discharge pipe formed on an upper side through which the fluid is discharged, and having an accommodation space in which the fluid flows or is stored; a rotating unit formed in the accommodation space of the housing, including a plurality of wings and a central axis to which one end of each of the plurality of wings is fixed, and rotating by the flow of the fluid; a rotation sensor formed on the upper or lower side of the rotating unit to detect rotation of the rotating unit and measure the number of revolutions; and a notification unit which is formed in the housing and is connected to the rotation sensor and informs of water leakage or fire according to the number of revolutions measured by the rotation sensor.
본 발명은 화재 알람은 물론, 알람밸브가 연결되는 관내에서 발생하는 누수를 감지하여 누수 알람을 발생시킬 수 있는 누수 감지 알람 밸브를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기한 목적을 이루기 위한 누수 감지 알람 밸브는 하측에 형성되어 유체가 유입되는 유입관 및 상측에 형성되어 상기 유체가 토출되는 토출관을 포함하고, 내부에 유체가 유동 또는 보관되는 수용공간이 형성되는 하우징, 상기 하우징의 수용공간에 형성되며, 복수개의 날개 및 상기 복수개의 날개 각각의 일단이 고정되는 중심축을 포함하고, 상기 유체의 유동에 의해 회전하는 회전부, 상기 회전부의 상측 또는 하측에 형성되어, 상기 회전부의 회전을 감지하고, 회전수를 측정하는 회전 감지 센서 및 상기 하우징에 형성되어 상기 회전 감지 센서와 연결되고, 상기 회전 감지 센서에서 측정한 회전수에 따라 누수 또는 화재를 알리는 알림부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
