COMPOSITE INSULATION WITH IMPROVED FLAME RETARDANCY AND FIRE RESISTANCE
The present invention relates to a composite insulation comprising: a first insulation layer having a thickness of 5 to 100 mm; a second insulation layer in contact with an upper surface of the first insulation layer and having a thickness of 3 to 50 mm; and a third insulation layer in contact with a lower surface of the first insulation layer and having a thickness of 3 to 50 mm, wherein aluminum foils having a thickness of 5 to 50 μm are integrally formed on the upper surface of the first insulation layer and the lower surface of the first insulation layer, respectively. The present invention provides the composite insulation having improved flame retardancy while having improved insulation properties compared to an insulation composed of a single insulation material.
본 발명은 5 내지 100mm의 두께를 가지는 제1 단열층, 상기 제1 단열층의 상면에 접하는, 3 내지 50mm의 두께를 가지는 제2 단열층 및 상기 제1 단열층의 하면에 접하는, 3 내지 50mm의 두께를 가지는 제3 단열층을 포함하고, 상기 제1 단열층의 상면 및 상기 제1 단열층의 하면에는 각각 5 내지 50μm의 두께를 가지는 알루미늄호일이 일체로 형성되는 복합 단열재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 단일 단열재로 구성된 단열재보다 향상된 단열성을 가지면서도, 내화성이 향상될 수 있다.

본 발명은 5 내지 100mm의 두께를 가지는 제1 단열층, 상기 제1 단열층의 상면에 접하는, 3 내지 50mm의 두께를 가지는 제2 단열층 및 상기 제1 단열층의 하면에 접하는, 3 내지 50mm의 두께를 가지는 제3 단열층을 포함하고, 상기 제1 단열층의 상면 및 상기 제1 단열층의 하면에는 각각 5 내지 50μm의 두께를 가지는 알루미늄호일이 일체로 형성되는 복합 단열재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 단일 단열재로 구성된 단열재보다 향상된 단열성을 가지면서도, 내화성이 향상될 수 있다.
