Road dust suction vehicle equipped with water filter
The present invention relates to a road dust suction vehicle equipped with a water filter. More particularly, the road dust suction vehicle equipped with a water filter comprises: a suction unit for inhaling dust on the road; a cyclone filter for collecting dust introduced from the suction unit; a discharge unit for blowing the air filtered by the cyclone filter to the outside; and a water filter disposed between the cyclone filter and the discharge unit to contact air discharged from the cyclone filter with water to precipitate and filter fine dust or dust contained in the air. That is, the present invention is to propose a road dust suction vehicle equipped with a water filter in which filtered air from which dust, suspended particle, and other foreign substances are removed through a cyclone filter and a bag filter by inhaling dust on the road is not discharged into the air as it is, and finally, fine dust or dust that has not been captured through the water filter is completely removed, and then clean air is discharged, thereby minimizing the emission of fine dust.
본 발명은 워터필터가 구비된 도로분진 흡입차량에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 도로상의 분진을 흡입하기 위한 흡입부; 상기 흡입부로부터 유입된 분진을 포집하기 위한 사이클론필터; 상기 사이클론필터에 의하여 여과된 공기를 외부로 송풍하기 위한 배출부; 및 상기 사이클론필터와 상기 배출부 사이에 배치되어 상기 사이클론필터로부터 배출되는 공기를 물과 접촉시켜 공기 중에 포함된 미세분진이나 먼지를 침전시켜 여과하기 위한 워터필터;를 포함하여 이루어진다. 즉 본 발명은 도로상의 분진을 흡입하여 사이클론필터와 백필터를 거쳐 분진이나, 먼지 기타 이물질 등이 제거된 여과 공기를 그대로 공기 중으로 방출하지 않고, 최종적으로 워터필터를 통하여 미쳐 포집되지 않은 미세분진이나 먼지 등을 완전히 제거한 후, 청량한 상태의 공기를 배출시킴으로써 미세먼지의 방출을 최소화할 수 있는 워터필터가 구비된 도로분진 흡입차량를 제안하고자 한다.
