The present invention relates to a hydraulic breaker device for heavy equipment. The disclosed hydraulic breaker device for heavy equipment includes: a breaker body having a chisel for crushing a crushed material; and an auxiliary vibration crushing part coupled to the breaker body so that the chisel is penetrated or inserted, and vibrating according to operation of the chisel. The auxiliary vibration crushing part includes: a body fixing part coupled to the breaker body; and a vibrating hammer part that is coupled to the body fixing unit in a vibrational manner, vibrates in the body fixing part as the chisel operates, and covers the chisel. Therefore, the present invention combines the auxiliary vibration crushing part that vibrates with the chisel to the hydraulic breaker to prevent damage to the hydraulic breaker from shocks generated during work, and can process various types and sizes of crushed materials by using the auxiliary vibration crushing part.
본 발명은 중장비용 유압 브레이커 장치를 개시한다. 개시된 중장비용 유압 브레이커 장치는, 파쇄물을 파쇄하기 위한 치즐을 구비하는 브레이커 몸체와, 치즐이 관통 또는 삽입되도록 브레이커 몸체에 결합되며, 치즐의 작동에 따라 진동하는 보조진동 파쇄부를 포함하며, 상기 보조진동 파쇄부가 브레이커 몸체에 결합되는 몸체 고정부와, 몸체 고정부에 진동 가능하게 결합되어 치즐이 작동함에 따라 몸체 고정부에서 진동하며, 치즐을 커버하는 진동 해머부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 유압 브레이커에 치즐과 함께 진동하는 보조진동 파쇄부를 결합하여 작업시 발생하는 충격으로부터 유압 브레이커의 파손을 방지하면서 보조진동 파쇄부를 이용하여 다양한 종류와 크기의 파쇄물을 처리할 수 있다.
